At Cosmic Aman, we are committed to providing high-quality spiritual guidance and professional consultation services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before booking any service.

Consultation Services

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed or the session has been conducted.

Cancellation by the Client

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend the session ("No Show") are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Cosmic Aman

If we are unable to conduct your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to:

  • Reschedule your appointment at no additional cost, or

  • Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products, downloadable reports, e-books, recorded sessions, and online courses are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

Physical Products

For crystals, gemstones, bracelets, yantras, or other spiritual products:

  • Refunds or replacements are accepted only if the product is received damaged or an incorrect item is delivered.

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Healing Sessions

Reiki, Crystal Healing, Chakra Balancing, Aura Cleansing, and other energy healing sessions are personalized services. Once a session has begun or has been completed, no refund will be provided.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to technical issues or exceptional situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
